Toby's CoffeeBar Start your morning at the Feed Barn where you can smell the alfalfa
and clover from the hay bales while breathing in the rich smells of
fresh roasted coffee. Toby’s CoffeeBar uses energy from the solar
power of Toby's Feed Barn and they compost all coffee grounds and filters
in the local gardens. Christian Caiazzo, owner of Toby's CoffeeBar, uses only organic ingredients. The coffee comes from Taylor Maid Farms, a leader in supporting family farmed coffee beans that are organic and fairly traded. The coffee comes from beans at the peak of their flavor and only a week at most from the roastery. The milk and cream comes from Straus Family Creamery in Marshall. The loose leaf tea selection is crafted by Christian’s wife, Jennifer Monin Caiazzo, a local acupuncturist and herbalist, using only organic fairly traded ingredients. The teas are served in compostable, un-bleached, wood pulp pouches. There are always a variety of local organic baked goods, including Brickmaiden scones and biscotti, baked fresh every morning in a wood-fired brick oven. NEW! Don’t Miss the Toby’s CoffeeBar “G.B.D.: Point Reyes Grilled Cheese” These sandwiches will be served every Saturday at the Point Reyes Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy the classic G.B.D., a fried Marin Sun Farms egg and Cowgirl Cheese on Straus buttered Brickmaiden sourdough bread, or indulge in one of the day’s specials, featuring a local cheese and vegetable, like paper thin slices of roasted beets from Peter Martinelli at Fresh Run Farms For more information contact Christian Caiazzo at info@tobyscoffeebar.com
